However we ask our customers to understand that most of our items are printed, stretched, highlighted and/or framed to order. We don’t often rush our process as we want to maintain our unusually high quality standards. We primarily ship to U.S. addresses, but are more than happy to service our customers in other countries. If you are asking us to ship outside of the U.S. please take note of our International Shipping Policy below.
Our products are generally shipped within 1-10 Days, processing time varies depending the specific product order; most fine art products are made to order. Specific processing times are stated on each of product pages.
We ship primarily with UPS unless shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO Address. Shipping service time does not include product possessing, framing or assembly time. The following services are available for domestic orders:
USPS will be substituted for orders shipping to PO Boxes of APO/FPO addresses. Expedited delivery is generally not available to APO and PO Box locations.
Shipping charges are estimated by calculating the size and weight of box(es). We do our best to consolidate items and pass along our low shipping rates. No matter how we eventually package and ship your order, what we quote on your order will be the amount you pay. If you are purchasing many bulky items at once, please contact our art consultants at 1-281-900-6451 to discuss possible bulk freight alternatives.
Where possible we will try to consolidate products into a single shipment. However, due to the often large and awkward sizes of our art pieces we will ship in multiple parcels. You will not be additionally charged for multiple packages unless, unusual special requests are made.
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please create a separate order for each distinct location.
Sieker Studios is committed to providing quality products to you, our valued collector. The Sieker Studios Return Policy is intended to facilitate the efficient and orderly processing of your return requests. We accept returns due to cases of damage during shipping only. In that event we will accept the returned damaged Art and send an replacement. We consider all sales final. We will insure every piece of art and will file a claim on your behalf through the shipping agent responsible. If you receive a damaged piece of art you must contact us within 24 hours at siekerstudios@gmail.com or (281) 900-6451. Please put “Damaged In Transit” in the subject line.
If picking up direct from the shipping agent, ie. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc…, please document any damage immediately with the agent, and return the item.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. We must have the saved box and all packaging materials, these are required to process the claim.
Sieker Studios is based out of Pearland, TX. For orders shipping outside of the United States we observe the following policies.

All import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

All products intended for return must be authorized by an ASV Customer Service Associate and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it. Contact our Customer Service Team 9 AM to 5 PM, CST at 1 (281) 900-6451 to receive your RMA.
Sieker Studios guarantees that its products are free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any item that does not meet product criteria, and Sieker Studios will cover all shipping costs in this instance. Sieker Studios products are custom-made, and as such, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items returned for any other reason than manufacturer defect.

Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork is typically shipped within seven to ten business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow three to six more business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order at siekerstudios@gmail so that we can arrange expedited shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept? Will I be charged tax?
A Seeker’s Vision accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Tax is charged on orders shipped to California.
What does “limited edition” and “artist proof” or “open edition” mean?
Certain pieces of artwork on ASV, mostly printmaking, are labeled as either “limited edition” or “open edition”. Pieces that are in a limited edition are produced in a set limited quantity. Open edition artworks are not limited in quantity and can be reproduced indefinitely. In both cases, each piece in the edition is identical and is considered an original. Limited edition works are generally more valuable because of the limited number available.
How much will it cost to commission an artwork?
Commissioned pieces are priced based on the size, medium, and complexity of the piece, and the artist’s sales history. Commissioned artworks will be more than comparable pieces in the artist’s portfolio [in terms of size and medium]. This is due to the fact that the artist must spend time to consult with you about the project, create any necessary preliminary sketches, and take time away from their normal art practice to create your commission.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
We package all artwork in custom built art boxes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
